Trap Spin

Welcome To The Only Fitness Day Party In The City. You don't just go to this cycling class you experience it. Spinning with a twist. This cycling class is like no other! Participants come and ride stationary bikes at different resistance all while listening and jamming to trap music. This class takes a unique approach to fitness; This Class Is Turnt! It's going to be a party, a fat burning party.

We honor the fighting traditions by rigorously adopting them with this hard hitting class. This is tough! This is fun! This is self-defense! MOVE

There are three primary pathways for metabolism; each has their own place and purpose. Each class will get your heart racing and blood flowing utilizing the dynamic training tools weights and Leg Resistance Bands to help increase speed, core strength and sport specific quickness by training with optimal muscle activation. By increasing your heart rate and toning your legs and core through each resisted movement you will find better balance, functional strength and stamina.
